I had an AMAZING experience at Bimmer Logic. I was passing through town and needed an OEM part that, after calling the dealer, I found out to be special order only. I decided to call an Indy shop to see if I had any other options… and google sent me to Bimmer Logic. Luke answered the phone and heard the panic in my voice. Once I was able to explain my situation, he said he was going to call his contact at the dealer. Long story short, his contact was able to get the part in my hands same day! Now, Luke doesn’t know me at all, just some random calling in a panic, not even able to be an actual customer of his…YET, he was willing to take time out of his day to help me out. I only WISH I was local so that I could have Luke and his team look after my cars. Stand up people that share their knowledge, and connections, are far and few between these days. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BIMMER LOGIC!!! Thank you guys 🫶🏼

Needed a last minute oil change on my 2013 Mini Cooper JCW. After the local main dealer turned me away due to my car’s age (never asked about mileage, it has 33k) I called in and was able to book an appointment online for the same day. The service was prompt and they even diagnosed some concerns I had with an oil leak. I will definitely use their services again in the future.

So glad to have Bimmer Logic around. Infinitely better than any other BMW mechanic I’ve tried. Luke is friendly and knowledgeable as is all their staff. Their integrity is off the charts; honest and reasonable and fair! Really can’t recommend enough after many years over multiple cars being serviced here!

The team was incredibly quick and efficient, with excellent communication throughout the entire process. I dropped off my Mini at 9 AM, and everything was completed by the end of the day. They even went above and beyond by washing my car and putting my floor mats back in, such a thoughtful touch. The detailing was fantastic my car looked spotless!! It can be challenging to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but Luke and his team at Bimmer Logic were very honest, transparent, and kept me informed about everything related to my vehicle without any pressure or upselling. Highly recommend if you’re looking for reliable, efficient, and trustworthy service!

Today was my second experience with Bimmer Logic in Arden area of Asheville. They specialize in BMW's and MINIs. The staff is very professional with a clean modern facility. Luke, the owner, is friendly and very knowledgeable about the cars they service. Automobile service is not cheap so you want the best people doing the best work and I believe I have found that at Bimmer Logic. Highly recommended. 🏁
